 The difference in material of lamp bead bracket:

At present, there are aluminum brackets, brass brackets, purple copper brackets, etc. on the market. Aluminum brackets and purple copper brackets are expensive, with a price difference of more than ten times. Even for copper brackets, the price of silver plating varies, and the market generally refers to them as good brackets, most of which are made of brass silver plating.

The difference in chip size:

The chip size usually reported is in mil. Without a high-power measuring microscope, it is difficult to distinguish between them. The larger the chip, the brighter it is. We can compare chip sizes by calculating the chip area, such as 23X10. The chip area is 230 square mil, and using the chip area to distinguish chip sizes is a good method.

The difference in wire bonding materials:

Color separation: It refers to color temperature grading, such as 3200K-3350K as one level. Legitimate packaging factories will provide BIN codes for color temperature. The smaller the color temperature grading, the better. A smaller color temperature grading ensures good color consistency of the light source produced.

Voltage division: It refers to the voltage division of the chip, such as 3.0V-3.15V. For the light source, it is connected in series and parallel, and the voltage division is controlled within 0.15V. This ensures uniform current distribution of the light source, which is beneficial for improving its lifespan.

Spectral division: It refers to the classification of lamp bead brightness, including lumen division or light intensity division. For lighting sources, lumen division is used. It is recommended to purchase LEDs based on their light efficiency. Products with high light efficiency are more energy-efficient and have a longer lifespan.
