LED high-power light beads, as a new type of green, environmentally friendly, and energy-saving light source, are widely used in automotive lights, lamps, flashlights, medical and other fields. Today, let‘s introduce the categories of high-power LED beads.
LED high-power light beads can be classified and understood from the following five aspects:
1. Appearance: The mainstream appearance of single chip packaging includes F8 imitation lumens, 3535 anti CREE, etc., while the appearance of multi chip LED packaging includes integrated, COB, etc;
2. Color: refers to the emission color of LED beads, which can be divided into white light, red light, yellow light, blue light, green light, etc;
3. Material: Refers to the LED bead binding substrate, currently mainly consisting of three structures: copper, aluminum, and ceramic;
4. Power: Single chip LED packaging typically ranges from 1-3W, while multi chip LED packaging ranges from 5-300W or even higher;
5. Light efficiency: refers to the luminous efficiency of LED chips, with different colors having varying luminous efficiencies, with white light being the highest.
