Precautions for LED piranha packaging:

 

1. The piranha LED lamp beads have four legs. When installing them, it is important to note which two legs are the positive electrode and which two legs are the negative electrode.

2. There are various shapes of piranha LED lamp bead packaging mold particles, including φ 3mm round head and φ 5mm round head, also in arc shape and flat head shape. Different packaging mold particles can be selected according to the requirements of light emission angle.

3. When packaging multiple chips on a piranha bracket, the related thermal resistance should be considered, and the thermal resistance should be minimized to extend the service life.

 

LED piranha packaging steps:

 

1. First, select the piranha LED bracket and clean the bracket;

2. Fix the LED chip in the holder bowl, determine the shape, size, and depth of the concave bowl in the holder, and then dry it;

3. After drying, weld the two poles of the LED chip, and then select the corresponding mold particles according to the number of chips and the size of the light angle;

4. Fill the mold with glue, align the piranha bracket with the LED chip and insert it upside down into the mold, place it in an oven for drying, and demould;

5. Finally, put it on the fascia and cut it off, then conduct testing and sorting.
